       2008-2009; Punahou School in Honolulu, Hawaii; teaching assistant for Mark Mitsuda in the glassblowing                     department, attendance at all glassblowing hot and cold lectures to receive a thorough formal education                 about glass

       Summer 2008; Pilchuck Glass School in Stanwood, Washington; on campus operations staff for three summer             sessions, during which time glassblowing, lampworking, and casting were explored
